Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree, preferably in GIS/ Urban and Rural Planning/ Geography/ Environmental Science/ Statistics/ Computer Science/ Population Science or relevant subjects

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years of working experience, preferably in GIS and GPS in a large complex project
∎ S/he is expected to have skills related to designing, development, administration, and security of large scale database systems in SQL Server or Oracle.
∎ Demonstrated knowledge of Arc GIS, Arc view, QGIS, EPS, AI, JPEG and strong technical skills in data cleaning, data validation, statistical analysis, report writing and presentation.
∎ Experience in USAID funded programs will be preferred.
∎ Ability to set standards and procedures for data gathering from data sources, report automation and disseminate data for program staffs.
∎ Experience of preparation and update operational and technical documentation, user manuals of operating the system, training materials as per requirements related to system operations for internal and external users
∎ Ability to prepare plans and materials for training and capacity building for internal and external users.
