∎ JOB PURPOSE: Assist in analyzing, developing, deploying, managing & supporting enterprise level software applications following approved processes, procedures by involving related stakeholders & partners.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Participate in developing & deploying Enterprise Software Applications considering roadmap of core financial application layers keeping alignment of all stakeholders and IT Architecture principles
∎ Design, develop, implement and maintain Internal Software Applications, Front-end Interfaces, Mobile Interfaces, Middleware Functions, Payment Gateways, and Digital Channels
∎ Translate stakeholder needs to business requirements and collaborate with vendors to ensure systems requirements are developed as per need with necessary documentation (BRD, SRS etc.) and process flow.
∎ Maintains processes to ensure the project management documentation, reports, and plans are relevant, accurate, and complete.
∎ Review and analyze the effectiveness and the efficiency of existing systems and assist in developing strategies for improving or further leveraging the existing systems.
∎ Monitor and maintain project plans, schedules and problem logs throughout the project life to ensure each project remains on track.
∎ Manage and participate in related cross-functional projects
∎ Manage Enterprise Applications related business configurations
∎ Support in managing Enterprise Applications related problems, support services and escalations
∎ Assist in managing associated budget and purchase process
∎ Conduct technical training and knowledge sharing sessions to stakeholders
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
