• Knowledge about Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC), map analysis, Load Management & calculation

• Should possess relevant Computer skills (Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc).

• Ability to negotiate and finalize rates with contractors

Now, we are seeking a dynamic & energetic person to join us as “Deputy Manager (Civil Engineering)”.

The candidate has to perform following responsibilities:

• Conduct feasibility studies for civil project and recommend new projects and extensions for on-going projects

• Monitor and supervise civil projects to ensure required standards are maintained within agreed timescales and agreed budget level

• Maintain regular contact with all stakeholders involved in civil projects to ensure effective coordination

• Prepare reports on civil projects to ensure that decisions are based on the best possible information and take account of all resource implications, time & budgetary constraints.

• Recommend new systems that will enhance the effectiveness of the civil engineering functions
