∎ In-depth understanding of auto bartack machine operations, settings, and troubleshooting.
∎ Ability to operate, troubleshoot, and maintain auto bartack machines, while handling elastic measurement, wastage control, and ensuring quality output.
∎ Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, supervise, and motivate operators, helpers, and junior staff.
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills in both Bengali and English.· Proficient in computer use with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
∎ Capable of analyzing production data to identify bottlenecks and implement effective solutions.
∎ Sound knowledge of material control, reorder levels, return processes, and regular coordination with cutting, sewing, finishing, and QA teams.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinate with planning to receive the line loading plan and ensure timely collection of elastic from store.
∎ Confirm elastic is delivered to sewing line as per requisition to avoid production delays.
∎ Maintain accurate records of elastic requisition, receipt, and delivery in coordination with the supervisor.
∎ Monitor usage and implement measures to reduce elastic wastage in the Auto Bartack section.
∎ Enforce company policy on allowable joins per carton and work with quality & purchase to resolve excess join issues.
∎ Track target vs. achievement hourly and guide team to maintain required production speed.
∎ Ensure prompt machine repair by pushing maintenance team and reducing Non-Productive Time (NPT).Assist in aligning production with monthly preventive maintenance schedules.
∎ Measure and review subordinate KPIs regularly to drive performance improvement and motivation.
∎ Develop Auto Bartack production plans aligned with sewing line loading plans.
∎ Develop, update, and maintain section SOPs and policies to meet ISO and compliance requirements.
∎ Represent section performance, issues, and requirements in daily production meetings.
∎ Ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment in line with compliance standards.
∎ Submit accurate monthly reports covering production data and performance highlights to management.
∎ Identify recurring section issues and lead initiatives to solve them and improve efficiency.
