∎ B.Sc major in Mechanical / Electrical/ Industrial production Engineering (IPE).

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Feed Industries
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the production of floating feed mill to ensure all processes are running smoothly.
∎ Supervise and guide the operational team and shift in charge.
∎ Ensure effective utilization of manpower, equipment and materials for production and quality.
∎ Prepare production planning including target vs actual production for daily, weekly & monthly basis to meet the target of production and delivery.
∎ Control variable costs like Machinery Power, Steam and Spare Parts to optimize cost.
∎ Minimize or Control process loss.
∎ Maintain the efficiency of machine and manpower to ensure optimum utilization of production and quality.
∎ Co-ordinate with Maintenance, Store, Delivery and Quality Control dept. for smooth plant operation.
∎ Prepare different types of report i.e. daily & monthly production, variable cost, process loss report and submit to the department head.

∎ Leadership ability to manage people.
∎ Interpersonal skill.
∎ Ability to work under heavy dust and noise.
∎ Analytical skills and problem solving abilities.
∎ Physically fit and willing to do hard work.
∎ Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
∎ Knowledge of AutoCAD and PLC software.
