We are Looking for Young, Energetic, Target Oriented, Self-Motivated and Proactive Person to Employ as Deputy Manager & Assistant Manager (Marketing & Sales) who has the Experience in Achieving the Sales Target in REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY. The Candidate Must Have at Least 3-5 Years Proven Experience of Sales & Marketing (REAL ESTATE PREFERRED).

Corporate Sales/ Marketing.

Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.Responsible for achieving the sales target of the company.

Prepare report as required by management.Corporate Marketing, Project visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity.

Development new clients & maintain good relationship with existing clients.

Build a strong relationship with customer.Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.

Development of Plan, Designs for meeting demands and requirements of the Clients.

Expected to be target oriented and ensure the achievement on time.

Achieve company revenue and profit target with proper planning and execution.

Coordinate with Customer service departments to provide smooth and quality services to the clients.
