∎ Job Summary:
∎ As a brand custodian you will be responsible for developing brand strategies, promoting brand growth and expansion, implementing brand plans, and using a variety of data to drive volume and profitability. Dynamically Strategic and Tech-savvy to Lead for ATL, BTL and especially the Digital Platforms. Some with a core branding background in all era (especially in Digital Marketing). The person in this role needs an eye for what will appeal to the TG in terms of content and visual. And also uses an innovate approach to increase lead generation from every vertical (especially in Digital Marketing.

∎ Reports To: Director Marketing & Sales
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
∎ Shape and communicate our Company's vision and mission
∎ Develop branding strategies and set action plans and effective one shot go-to-market strategies.
∎ Lead creative and content development to attract the target audience in all platforms especially with the Digital/Online social media platforms.
∎ Establish constraint cost and price parameters of vendors and agencies.
∎ Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
∎ Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities
∎ Sustainably maintain the Growth the brand and its products.
∎ Any other assigned task from management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 years of sales experience in Digital Marketing industry.
∎ Minimum 3 year of experience as manager/team leader for this role is preferred.
∎ Proven organizational and planning ability.
∎ Have good vendor and agency network is a must.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable (Based on Qualification & Experience)
