Job Responsibilities:
∎ MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
∎ Maintain, coordinate, control & monitor in planning, design, development and implementation phases of various assigned projects to ensure optimum success.
∎ Ability to troubleshoot any kind of systems related problems and maintain security of the systems & proficient working with the office applications, ERP & others software and communications systems.
∎ Defining proper software implementation roles and responsibilities for your internal team
∎ Monitor software performance regularly to avoid unplanned outages and down times.
∎ Recommend and implement new technology solutions to improve productivity.
∎ Ability to accept challenges and tackle difficult situations and meet the expected goals.
∎ OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Facilitate cross-functional team meetings to verify business solutions and optimize operations. Conduct impact analysis of ERP including interdependences, upgrades, and changes for department /functional areas and evaluate systems and business processes.
∎ Manage Assigned projects efficiently and effectively, develop project plans and ensure the quality of the assigned project.
∎ Monitoring, planning, and ongoing implementation of the company's leading, advanced Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (Accounts/Finance, Fixed Asset, Inventory, Sales Distribution, SCM, Production, Import Management, Maintenance Module)
∎ Review and analyze existing ERP system effectiveness and efficiency for improving system functionality as per business requirements and fulfils end-user requirements.
∎ Responsible for all functional tasks relating to the maintenance and user directed development of the ERP System, including end-user support and training
∎ Provide support for financials accounting module (AP, AR, GL, and FA) and intercompany work with technical support to resolve bugs and functionality issues.
∎ Valuation process and reconciliation between inventory and financial accounts.
∎ Train the subordinates from time to time to prepare future growth.
∎ Conduct the training activities and provide support to ERP users throughout the office and troubleshoot the problems (if any) in the process.
∎ Prepared management required MIS report (Sales, Inventories, production, SCM, distribution, Accounts Received & Payable etc.
∎ Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems.
∎ Add and terminate system users as needed, assigning rights and to the system, resetting passwords.
∎ SUPERVISORY/ PEOPLE MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ To manage the deployment Plan, design, monitoring, maintenance, upgrade, and support of all current ERP systems
∎ Ensure continuous delivery of software services through oversight of service level agreements with end users and monitoring of software systems performance.
∎ Monitoring user technical support and Software problem-solving activities to end user.
∎ Monitoring user feedback to help respond quickly to user requests & solving problems by email, phone & remote access software.
∎ Monitoring Daily operational activities, updating patch & database backup.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have 07 years' of relevent experience along with 4+ years' of experience in similar role in any large group of companies.
∎ Knowledge of Database administration is preferable.
∎ Ability to adapt new technology very fast.
∎ As a team leader must capable to lead the team efficiently.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team.
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently.
∎ Ability to multi task and remain organized, meet deadlines.

∎ Provide technical leadership to develop and deploy ERP system.

∎ Excellent communication skills and a cooperative, positive attitude.
