Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain strong liaison with banks and financial institutions to ensure smooth business financing operations.
Coordinate with relationship managers to negotiate favorable terms for loans, credit lines, and other banking facilities.
Ensure timely renewal and enhancement of credit limits as per business requirements.
Assist in arranging short-term and long-term financing such as working capital, term loans, LC, LTR, TR, etc.
Monitor fund utilization and optimize financial costs across different banking channels.
Ensure timely fund transfer, loan disbursement, and settlement of liabilities.
Prepare and review required documentation for loan proposals, renewals, and compliance with bank covenants.
Ensure all financial agreements, securities, and legal documents are properly executed and updated.
Maintain compliance with Bangladesh Bank guidelines and internal company policies.
Support management with financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting related to borrowing and bank exposure.
Maintain updated records of all banking facilities, repayments, and related documentation.
Assist in developing strategies for cost-effective fund management and long-term bank partnerships.
