∎ Master's Degree, preferably in Social Sciences or related discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 05 years of relevant working experience with at least 3 years' experience of working at district level.
∎ Excellent technical knowledge on Bangladesh Adolescent issues/situation and challenges in rural contexts especially in Barisal context;
∎ Excellent skills in coordinating, facilitation of training/workshop/meetings, and curriculum development
∎ Appropriate computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and internet browsing are essential requirements.
∎ Should have good report writing ability both in English and Bangla.
