Responsibilities & Context:
Job Grade: Senior Principal Officer to First Assistant Vice President
Key Job Responsibilities:
Communicate and Manage switch vendor for various services
Assist in Preparation of RFP/Tender to procure ATM/CRM etc.
To comply the vendor specification for new installation, perform ATM/CRM site inspection as per requirement.
Assist in maintaining SLA with different vendors, ATM/CRM etc.
Prepare ATM preventive maintenance schedule (PM) based on SLA
Manage and monitor ATM physical or technical issue and coordinate with ATM/CRM/vendors
Assist in maintaining coordination with IT/Operation/GSD/Branches
Communicate with core IT division for link vendors, UPS and domain services.
Support in managing & monitoring ATM physical or technical issue and coordinate with ATM/CRM Technical and replenishment vendors for FLM.
Asist in ensuring cyber security in ATM’s as per Bangladesh Bank.
Prepare ATM related MIS/ Reports for management and Bangladesh Bank
ATM fund management for Dhaka & outside of Dhaka based ATM.
Coordinate with operation team prepare ATM inspection report.
