Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 5 (Five) years of working experience in commercial Bank/ NBFI in relevant field.

Knowledge, Competencies and Skills:

• Strong understanding of SME business needs, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.

• Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude.

• Good communication skill in English.

• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.

• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head of SME in formulating and executing strategic business plans to achieve division-wide goals and growth targets.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of SME units to ensure smooth delivery of services and achievement of financial objectives.

• Develop and implement innovative SME products to enhance customer satisfaction and market share.

• Supervise, guide, and motivate relationship managers and branch teams to ensure portfolio growth and asset quality.

• Monitor loan performance, risk exposures, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with Risk Management, Credit Administration, and Operations divisions for efficient credit processing and portfolio monitoring.

• Prepare periodic business performance reports and present analysis to senior management.

• Ensure strict adherence to internal policies, Bangladesh Bank regulations, and other applicable laws.
