∎ B.sc in fisheries, MBA major in management & marketing,Masters or bachelor degree in any discipline.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze market demand and forecast daily/monthly/annual sales target, develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the sales targets of the fish feed sales and increase market share.
∎ Direct, supervise and monitor the sales team to ensure that fish feed sales targets are achieved within the specified timeline.
∎ Enhance the selling price of fish by considering factors such as cost, competition, market demand and prices from internal sales, competitors and the overall market.
∎ Build strong relationships with customers and distributors by establishing clear communication channels in order to enhance the business.
∎ Collect information on market demand and communicate it to the production team in order to meet sales demand.
∎ Manage the budget for the sales team, ensure that all expenditures are within budget and monitor the return on investment (ROI) of sales activities.
∎ Forecast business possibilities and develop sales team to achieve the business target within the timeline.
∎ Develop a comprehensive training calendar and prepare training modules to train, educate and counsel the team on key aspects of overall operations; enforce a performance-driven culture within the department.
∎ Review all kinds of daily/weekly/monthly sales summary reports and provide it to management to demonstrate accountability within the specified deadline.
∎ Develop, review and update credit policies
∎ Prepare analytical report on fish performance & FCR of feed
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in fish feed sales.
∎ 5-15 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fish industry.
∎ Good understanding of fisheries business and fish sales
∎ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales-related software
