∎ The incumbent must have the leadership quality.
∎ Responsible for leading Sales team to obtain assigned sales target through marketing forces.
∎ Must be capable to achieve the respective sales targets.
∎ Identify and establish contact with potential customers.
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
∎ Display efficiency in gathering market and customer info to their respective superior.
∎ The candidate should be self motivated, hardworking and ready to work under pressure.
∎ Willingness to work beyond general working hours.
∎ Any assignment assigned by the superior authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 07 -10 years (preferably in Real Estate or Sales & Marketing in any other sector)
