Educational Requirements:
∎ Must possess a degree with a well-recognized professional qualification in sales or marketing. An MBA from a reputed university will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ We are looking for a well-experienced sales professional with market execution expertise to spearhead the vertical of our LPG business arm based in Bangladesh.
∎ The ideal individual should:
∎ Be an expert in distribution channel and distribution management.
∎ Have hands-on expertise in Route-to-Market Strategy development and execution.
∎ Have proven capability of driving sales operations with cost optimization.
∎ Be able to drive marketing interventions focused on ROI.
∎ Apart from the above, the individual will develop the Annual Sales and Marketing strategy for the business in close consultation with its leadership and the Senior Management. Whilst supporting and driving key short-term & long-term interventions launched towards the expansion of the business.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The right candidate should possess over 10 years of work experience in distribution management at a senior level, out of which minimum of 5 years directly leading and driving Sales & Marketing functions in a similar industry or the FMCG industry.
