Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA / M. Com (Major in Marketing)
∎ Minimum 15 Years of relevant Experience in related area in a reputed organization including 3 years’ in similar position.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establishes marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts.
∎ Responsible to meet the company sales and profit target with proper planning.
∎ Develop self and team KPI, follow up and monitoring it respectively.
∎ Manage the sales team for sales growth and revenue enhancement & conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.
∎ Manage Sales & Marketing team and provide training and coaching to develop leadership.
∎ To look after Customer quarries, Product promotion activities, counseling with client, arrange Sales Meeting, retail visit with team member, Daily Sales Reporting to Top Management.
∎ Build an effective relationship with the Customers and maintain Client Database.
∎ Regular follow-up with existing & potential clients.
∎ Provide monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly sales & marketing related report/statement to higher authority.
∎ Collect competitor activities and promotional offer information and inform to the management.
∎ Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance.
∎ Any other task as and when assigned by the authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong leadership quality.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Highly organized.
∎ Strong work ethic.
∎ Good interpersonal skills.
∎ Proactive nature.
∎ Experience in developing annual and multiyear strategic plan.
