Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and coordinate daily operations across all Babuland branches to maintain high service standards.
∎ Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures aligned with brand standards and compliance requirements.
∎ Ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards are met across all playgrounds.
∎ Implement performance metrics and evaluate operational effectiveness to ensure consistent quality.
∎ Lead and mentor branch teams to achieve excellence in service and performance.
∎ Conduct performance reviews and set KPIs with clear, actionable feedback.
∎ Design and deliver training sessions on customer service, safety, and operational procedures.
∎ Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and team spirit.
∎ Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
∎ Implement initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and increase repeat visits.
∎ Drive and oversee the execution of themed and seasonal events at all branches.
∎ Develop strategies to increase footfall, food & beverage sales, membership conversions, and merchandise sales.
∎ Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify gaps and opportunities.
∎ Collaborate with Branch In-Charges to optimize product placement, customer engagement, and promotions.
∎ Leverage operational and sales data to make informed decisions.
∎ Report key insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
∎ Implement corrective actions and strategies based on performance analysis.
