Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a Deputy General Manager - Operations who shall look after the overall Operations of the particular business unit of the company reporting to Country Manager.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure smooth functioning of the business unit & undertake direct responsibility for the Unit's profitability.
∎ Achieve revenue targets (EBITA) of the Unit set by the company.
∎ Control & maintain Unit's Budgets (Revenue & Resources).
∎ Ensure compliance to all existing processes and meet defined Service Level Agreements within the Unit. Ensures that the Teams are mentored & work towards adherence of all SOP's/ processes, required to be complied with, from an Organizational & ISO (9001, 14001, 27001, 45001) perspective.
∎ Enhance processes to improve quality and efficiency of the Unit and lead new process roll-outs in the respective Centers.
∎ Ensure necessary product and process training is provided to all staff on a regular basis through coaching and development programs.
∎ Manage security [Physical and Information] at the business Centres and also ensure effective controls are in place to pre-empt any physical / data security breach incidents.
∎ Adherence to Corporate Security Policy.
∎ Work with the Value Added Services team to create new channels of revenue generation.
∎ Responsible for Satisfaction Index / Score from Customers (VOC)
∎ Responsible for Satisfaction Index / Score from Employees [ESAT]
∎ Ensure personal & professional development of employees by providing for trainings as per requirements.
∎ Ensure that all staff attends trainings scheduled by HR & ensures effective Process Monitoring, by conducting Internal Process Certifications (OCL's), for all staff.
∎ Adhere to the environment health and safety policy & Data Security/objectives and guidelines of the organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 50 years
∎ Candidates having experience in Airlines/ BOP/ Telecommunications will be preferred.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 175000 - 250000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary will be within the range mentioned, however it will be fixed on candidates competency on mutual understanding.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Medical allowance, Performance bonus, Profit share, Provident fund, Weekly 2 holidays, Insurance, Gratuity
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Festival Bonus will be provided after 1 year of service with the company.
∎ Apart from festival bonus, 1 yearly performance bonus will be provided.
∎ WPPF (profit share) will be provided as per Bangladesh Labor Law.
∎ No Subsidized Lunch, no transport facility.
∎ Salary will be credited by the last work day of current month.
∎ Employee, spouse, 2 child shall be covered under medical insurance as per company policy.
∎ Service Benefit & Provident Fund will be provided.
