∎ Height: Female- 157 CM (5’-2”) Minimum
∎ Male- 167 CM (5’-6”) Minimum
∎ Weight: Should be proportionate to Height (BMI: 18-25)

∎ Spectacle not accepted.
∎ Language Skill: Fluent in Bengali & English (both written & spoken), other language competencies will be an added advantage.
∎ Physical Appearance: Good looking, Strong. Upright, no visible tattoos or marks on the visible parts of the body.
∎ Additional Requirement: Smokers need not to apply & no affidavit in respect of age will be accepted.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Passenger dealing.
∎ Check-In & Boarding.
∎ Working in the Ramp area to maintain a safe & on-time flight
∎ Load & trim preparation.
∎ Taking care of VIP, CIP & Wheel Chair and any other special needs of passengers.
∎ Ensuring that excellent customer services are extended to the customer.
∎ Taking care of the physically challenged passengers
∎ Monitoring mishandled baggage issues.
∎ Assisting customers depending on the situation.
∎ Taking care of the cargo’s that are incoming and outgoing, working on overweight charges, and baggage reconciliation of flights.
∎ All types of report preparation as per rules & regulations.
