• Age 26 to 34 years

• 2-5 years of experience in Medical Tourism, Healthcare, Travel Agency, or Customer Service.

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Bengali.

• Proficiency in MS Office and computer skills.

• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel if required.

• Knowledge of medical tourism destinations and procedures will be a plus.

• Provide initial consultation to patients, understand their medical history, and treatment requirements.

• Match patients with the right destinations, hospitals, and doctors (Thailand, Turkey, Malaysia, China).

• Arrange complete treatment packages including visa, flight, hotel accommodation, and transportation.

• Brief patients thoroughly on pre- and post-treatment care, risks, and benefits.

• Coordinate secure transfer of medical records (MRI, reports, etc.) and ensure proper follow-up.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with international hospitals and doctors.

• Negotiate the best possible treatment packages for patients.

• Arrange local support services (translators, companions, airport transfers, etc.)

• Manage end-to-end case handling and ensure high customer satisfaction.
