Responsibilities: • Manage and grow social media platforms

• Create engaging content and marketing campaigns

• Design marketing creatives and promotional materials

• Run and monitor Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads

• Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports

• Coordinate with the sales team to generate leads

• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends

Requirements: • Good communication skills in English and Bangla

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media management

• Experience with Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Meta Ads, or Google Ads is a plus

• Creative mindset and strong attention to detail

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Knowledge of content creation, branding, and visual design will be an advantage
