Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Structure and implement business and marketing strategy to optimize revenue and maximize value from marketing related activities.
∎ Develop and maintain long term strategic relationship with corporate accounts.
∎ Review sales account data to drive revenue and seek tactical opportunities
∎ Organizing mini workshop for agents on product update
∎ Joint promotion to minimize cost
∎ Stock allocation
∎ Overseeing and managing the cargo operations to ensure smooth functioning
∎ Coordinating with cargo handling agents, freight forwarders, and customs for efficient movement of cargo
∎ Ensuring compliance with international and domestic cargo regulations and standards
∎ Overseeing cargo security and ensuring safe handling of goods
∎ Implementing and managing cargo handling and operating procedures
∎ Managing relationships with airlines, clients, and other stakeholders
∎ Planning and scheduling cargo shipments, tracking delivery and addressing any delays
∎ Close relationship with Finance & Admin Department in order to restrict outstanding figure with the clients
∎ Assessing and reviewing the performance of the cargo operations and implementing improvements
∎ Preparing and managing budgets and financial reports for the cargo operations
∎ Developing contingency plans to handle cargo operations during emergencies or disruptions
∎ Focus on High Yield Commodities on Destination wise accordingly all potential agents-data base.
∎ Knowledge of Freighter operation-Inbound/outbound Cargo During Pick period
∎ Value added services (Air-Air-Sea-Air) through hub station to onward destinations cargo sales/operation executive.
