∎ • Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
∎ • Manage communication channels such as email, push notifications, WhatsApp, and Viber, ensuring high-quality and consistent messaging.
∎ • Analyze customer interactions and utilize CRM systems to improve customer experience and retention.
∎ • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate CRM strategies with overall marketing objectives.
∎ • Segment customer base and personalize communication to cater to different customer needs and preferences.
∎ • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of CRM campaigns and adjust strategies based on analytics and feedback.
∎ • Stay abreast of the latest trends in CRM technology and adopt innovative tools and practices to stay ahead of the curve.
