Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To be a successful visa counselor, you should treat all clients with patience and compassion for the challenges they are facing. Ultimately, a top-notch visa counselor has a strong level of social perceptiveness, is gently persuasive, and has the ability to make clients feel safe and secure.
∎ Maintain communication with the respective counselors.
∎ Communicate with clients and collect their required documents for visa applications.
∎ Review and verify if documents sent by clients are in the right order.
∎ Maintain records of the student's documentation.
∎ Update the daily processing work activities.
∎ Communicate with clients face-to-face or over the phone regarding their application step.
∎ Other duties as assigned.
∎ We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate visa counselor to join our counseling department. The responsibilities of the visa counselor include supporting the emotional and professional growth of clients, developing and monitoring counseling support programs, and providing job facilities guidance.
