∎ Flexibility to work irregular hours including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning and exceptional guest experiences.
∎ Coordinate with department heads including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B to maintain high standards of service quality.
∎ Recruit, train, and manage staff members, ensuring adherence to company policies and service standards.
∎ Foster a positive work environment conducive to teamwork and employee growth.
∎ Interact with guests to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure their satisfaction.
∎ Proactively seek guest feedback to identify areas for improvement.· Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to optimize revenue and control costs.
∎ Develop and manage operational budgets.
∎ Oversee maintenance activities to ensure the resort's facilities are well-maintained and operational.
∎ Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and maintenance as needed.
