Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The chef will be in charge of all culinary operations, menu creation, kitchen setup, and employee training throughout the Ghorer Bazar's pre-opening period. The ideal applicant will have a passion for providing outstanding dining experiences, great leadership qualities, and a wealth of experience in Ghorer Bazar.
∎ Creating creative meals for Ghorer Bazar that highlight a variety of flavors, ingredients, and cooking methods. working together with management to make sure menus fit the idea, target market, and financial constraints of the business.
∎ Organizing the kitchen's structure and equipment requirements in coordination with management is known as kitchen setup and equipment procurement. supervising the acquisition of premium ingredients, guaranteeing their authenticity and freshness.
∎ Hiring, educating, and supervising kitchen workers to make sure they follow food safety, hygienic, and safety regulations. holding regular training sessions to improve teamwork and Ghorer Bazar expertise.
∎ Upholding strict quality control guidelines to reliably provide dishes of the greatest quality. Establish and uphold food safety procedures while making sure that local laws are followed.
∎ Effectively overseeing the preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation of food is known as "kitchen operations management." Keeping an eye on stock levels, cutting down on waste, and streamlining culinary operations to maximize output.
