Responsibilities & Context:
Overall responsible for Sales & Marketing of Plot, Flat and Commercial space.
Establishing and adjust selling price by monitoring cost, competition, supply and demand.
Must be aware in real estate law, policy of housing & DAP.
Monitoring the team`s performance and motivating them to reach targets.
Keeping up to date with products and competitors to study sales, Market survey and analysis business activities.
Supervise, follow up and oversee sales and marketing activities and provide support to the team member for further improvement.
Create new customer base for Product sales.
Maintain good relation with existing client & adopting policy to hunt new one.
Provide day to day marketing and sales report to the management.
