Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinating with factories for renewal of licenses.
∎ Updating and upload of Secretarial System for Bangladesh factories.
∎ Drafting legal agreement.
∎ Preparing secretarial budget.
∎ Drafting agreements for all Bangladesh entities.
∎ Syncing with the factories and concerned personnel regarding their sought agreement demand and providing them accordingly.
∎ Vetting various documents and agreements before execution.
∎ Ensuring liaison with the company's external legal advisors on legal requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
