∎ In-depth knowledge of dyeing techniques, machinery, and chemicals.
∎ Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
∎ Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control standards in the textile industry.
∎ Incumbent must have knowledge on Cotton & Synthetic fabric dyeing.
∎ Incumbent must have experience in similar position (AGM/DGM) at least 06 years.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure capacity utilization to achieve business targets.
∎ Set targets regarding chemical usage, water consumption and RFT to optimize cost.
∎ Proactive involvement to maintain proper work environment & ensure Health and Safety issues to avoid Machines/Man damage/Injuries.
∎ Coordinate with Utility & Maintenance Department to ensure troubleshooting & optimum usage of machines to achieve production targets & quality.
∎ To ensure quality operations at all level of dyeing to satisfy all stakeholders & buyers.
∎ Coordinate with all concern to ensure planned WIP in all processes and maintain highest standards of housekeeping at work place by responsible person to improve productivity.
∎ Ensure Lab re-check done and proper correction made (if needed) before starting bulk production.
∎ Ensure smooth shade matching decision during production through unit manager.
∎ To control all operations by standard technical method and productivity improvements by minimize wastage as per (time/man/machine), reduce process loss & toping.
∎ Develop and implement strategies to optimize dyeing processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
∎ Coordinate with marketing, R&D, knitting, planning, laboratory and respective merchandiser of buyer for ensuring 100% dyeing quality, shade and GSM to develop new value added products.
∎ Manage and supervise the dyeing department, including staff, equipment, and resources.
∎ Monitor production schedules and coordinate with other departments to meet production targets.
∎ Collaborate with the R&D team to develop new dyeing techniques and improve existing processes.
∎ Conduct quality control checks to ensure that dyeing results meet customer specifications.
∎ Train and mentor staff on dyeing techniques, safety procedures, and quality control measures.
∎ Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in dyeing.
