Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context:
United Delcot Water Ltd, a joint venture between Jiangsu United Water Technology Co., Ltd. and Delcot Water Ltd., overseeing the first water supply PPP project in Purbachal New Town area looking for Experienced, Qualified, Honest & Trustworthy DGM who will be overseeing the project construction & operation activities .
He will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with technical requirements, managing subcontractors, effectively coordinating with various stakeholders—including RAJUK and other relevant government and statutory authorities—to ensure smooth progress and successful delivery of the project.
Strong leadership, technical expertise, and a proven ability to liaise with government bodies are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor the progress of construction & Operation activities and prepare regular progress reports for higher management.
• Address any issues that arise during the construction & Operation process, ensuring that they are resolved promptly and effectively.
• Implement and maintain quality management, environmental management, and health and safety management systems during the Construction & Operation period.
• Managing conflicts & challenges arises among the resources, departments & work processes.
• Assist and help the division Manager in the daily management work.
• Liaise with various stakeholders, including the Contracting Authority, Independent Engineer, and other relevant parties, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Coordinate between the field & desk team to ensure that construction activities align with the specifications & deliverables.
• Ensure that all construction materials and equipment meet the required quality standards.
