Core Responsibility:
Sales Strategy Execution: Implement comprehensive sales strategies developed by the Management, ensuring execution aligns with corporate goals.
Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage Team Leaders and Sales Executives to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize sales processes.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape for strategic adjustments.
Teamwork: Work closely with marketing, finance, and operational teams to synchronize efforts and maximize sales effectiveness.
Reporting: Prepare and present performance reports to the Senior General Manager or Director Sales, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
Integrity and Loyalty: Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. We believe that integrity and transparency are fundamental to our organizational success.
Translate corporate business strategy into divisional sales plans, budgets, and performance targets.
Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and feasibility assessments to guide pricing, product positioning, and demand forecasts
Develop annual and project-wise sales forecasts, pricing strategies, and revenue plans in coordination with Finance and Marketing.
Drive project-based retail sales through site and regional teams, ensuring alignment with project launch plans, pricing, and promotional strategies
Lead institutional and bulk client acquisition through long-term partnerships with corporate buyers and investors
Manage and expand the agent, broker, and partner network to maximize sales coverage and ensure compliance, performance tracking, and ethical conduct
Lead the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) operations to ensure timely lead follow-up, conversion, and after-sales support.
Drive the sales pipeline and conversion ratios through data-driven performance tracking.
Monitor inventory movement, collection schedules, and handover milestones with cross-functional coordination.
Establish and enforce sales policies, documentation standards, and reporting protocols.
Work closely with Marketing for campaign design, lead generation, and digital outreach.
Liaise with Engineering and Project teams to stay updated on progress, quality, and handover timelines.
Ensure timely reporting of sales performance, revenue realization, and receivables.
Foster a performance-driven, ethical, and customer-centric culture in Sales.

To lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
To achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target as per ABP.
To plan and monitor Sales team`s regular activities.
To build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
To address client concerns, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction.
To identify niche customer & business opportunity and ensure database accordingly.
Responsible to motivate and train the team by giving proper product knowledge and necessary training.
Have to submit various reports to Management.
