We are looking for a highly motivated product information collector who is experience on field work job specially in Real Estate Sector.

Job Responsibility:

• No desk job, full work on field & collect data from door to door, the whole work has to be done on foot.

• Property hunting (Apartment/Land) from the field.

• Property visit & negotiation with seller & ready product.

• Property picture collect, shoot video, preserve property data.

• Complete MOU with seller & create deed of agreements.

• Identify and establish contact with potential seller.

• Deal with prospective seller.

• Maintaining clients` database, maintain sales & others reports.

• Maintaining the daily, monthly & quarterly product target & sales report.

• Preserve all data on excel sheet & report to manager every day.

• Must have strong experience on Micro soft Excel.

• Develop and execute regional product hunt plan.

• Achieve property data collection target to ensure profitability of the organization.

• Ability to do team work.

• Presenting company product and services to the clients.

• Initiating new ideas and convert them into business.

• Right attitudes for promoting company`s product and brand image.

• Collect property data from the field on daily basis.

• Provide the leads to the executive after following up if owner/seller is interested to sell his/her apartments & lands.

• Contact with managers/care takers of every building road-wise in order to collect product information.

• Hang a branding singe board of property index in every building when it is required.

• Collect the image/photos of apartments that will be sold.

• Collect/provide any documents to the owner or seller if necessary.

• Update daily & monthly report of their activities.

• Able to handle flat owner and negotiate price with them.

• Complete memorandum of understanding between Property Index & Property owner.

• Receive owner feedback and share with your supervisor to resolve the issues.

• Visit property with clients. Always to be work with honesty, sincerity and punctuality.
