• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
• Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

• At least 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Group of Companies, Garments Accessories

• Rigorous supervision of construction works to complete the project in time.

• Preparing details estimates, matching it with BOQ and giving instruction to store keeper to raise P.R. after discussion with line manager.

• Ensuring quality of works and taking corrective action if required.

• Taking measurements of all completed works and recoding in MB.

• Checking contractors’ bills, petty expenses bill and certifying those.

• Execution proper care for site safety, safety for workers and preventive measures against accident.

• Executing daily, weekly and Monthly Work Program from Master Work Program of the project.

• Ensure wastage control of materials.

• Checking of materials consumption as per program.

• Collection of Architect and Structural working drawing from line Manager.

• Preparation of material quantity as per work schedule & Architectural & Structural drawing.

• Study the Architectural & Structural drawing thoroughly before applying them in the particular construction site.

• Ensure the quality of construction work & quality & consumption of construction materials.

• Check the measurement as per drawing.

• Forecasting of material quantity for the ongoing project for a period of every one month & prepare purchase requisition as per discussion of line manager.

• Time to time correspondence with line manager & other concerns about various, work progress, present material stalks etc. of the ongoing construction projects.

• To take field measurement as per as built construction at site.

• To take the field measurement with drawing & estimated quantity.

• To prepare MB record & Bill top sheet.

• To Prepare MB Record & bill top sheet for maintenance works.

• Record keeping of different types of documents & approved rates.

• Record keeping of different types of contractors Bill.
