∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop & Implement strategies by establishing department accountability to ensure set up action oriented administrative management system.
∎ Develop an administrative operational plan by setting goals and smart objectives (KPIs) for the employees of the department.
∎ Establish a standard fleet management system for the Security and admin jobs of the department.
∎ Introduce, implement and monitor visitor and dispatch management system.
∎ Maintaining communication with external parties and organizations for official purposes.
∎ Develop & Implement SOP and policy for Security Management, Protocol Management, Transportation Management and other areas of admin and security as and when required.
∎ Set up standard recruitment and training policy for security management.
∎ Organize and set up standard security system with alarm system in various installation

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should be retired Army Officer at the rank of Major.
∎ Previous 8-10 years on ground experience in admin & security related fields in any garments or textile oriented group of company.
∎ The individual have to reside at his place of duty full time.
∎ Must be skilled in computer literacy and verbal communication in English.
∎ Must be skilled in preparing official documentation, security related all reports including various incidents' and situation reports.
