∎ Minimum of 10 years of experience in humanitarian response with 5 years of progressively responsible experience in program management, leadership and design in exclusively humanitarian & nexus program
∎ Strategic Leader: Ensure overall leadership and management of the Rohingya Response program, ensuring alignment with Plan International’s strategic objectives and the triple Nexus approach.
∎ Program Manager: Ensure that program implementation (at least 10-15 projects) is responsive to communities and partners and aligned with principles, values, global strategy, and Plan Internal Bangladesh country strategy
∎ Monitoring Capability: Should provide managerial and programmatic oversight including day-to-day direction to/supervision of the program team; provide mentoring, coaching and capacity-building/training to staff, as needed
∎ Safety & Security: Collaborate with relevant staffs to ensure adequate risk management systems are in place
∎ Team Expert: Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
