∎ Around 10 years of experience in programme management, preferably within the development or humanitarian sector
∎ Seasoned Leader: Demonstrated history of managing programmes ideally within the development and humanitarian sector.
∎ Programme Manager: Ability to oversee the implementation and quality assurance of all programmes (at least 8-10 projects, may increase), ensuring alignment with Plan International Bangladesh's vision and strategic objectives.
∎ Monitoring Capability: Establish and implement robust monitoring and evaluation systems to measure programme effectiveness and impact.
∎ Collaborative Partner: Collaborate with partners to leverage resources and expertise, ensuring holistic and integrated programme delivery.
∎ Team Expert: Through efficient hiring, capacity building and performance management, create and sustain a high performing program team.
