"UDDIPAN" is an organization registered with the Directorate of Social Services (Registration No: Dha-01914), affiliated with the Microcredit Regulatory Authority (MRA Certificate No: 00123-00848-00003), Registered with Register of Joint Stock Companies and Firms (Registration No: S-4243(345)/04) and affiliated with PKSF, is inviting applications from Bangladeshi citizens for the position of Deputy Director (Internal Audit).
Develop and lead the Organization’s overall audit strategy, ensuring robust internal control systems and Compliance with Policies, Donor requirements and Regulatory standards.
Plan, Supervise and execute Internal audits of Head Office, Field offices and Project operations.
Identify risks, financial irregularities, and control gaps, and recommend practical corrective actions.
Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to senior management and the Board of Directors.
Ensure timely completion of Annual, Project and Donor-mandated Audits.
Build and mentor a high-performing audit team through capacity-building initiatives.
Liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities as needed.
Ensure compliance with International Standards of Auditing (ISA) and NGO AB/GoB audit requirements.
Conduct regular and special audits of all Financial Activities of the Organization.
Evaluate Internal Control systems of Branch/Offices.
Develop and implement Annual Audit Plans and Policies.
Review Financial Reports to identify Irregularities, Errors, Risks and recommend corrective measures.
Supervise, Train and Enhance the Performance of the Audit Team.
Negotiable / As per organizational policy.
In addition to the monthly Salary, the candidate will be entitled to other allowances and benefits as per the organization's Human Resource Management Policy and Procedures.
