Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's from any recognized university with ACA (Associate Chartered Accountant) completed. 3rd division/class or CGPA/GPA below 2.50 out of 5.00/ CGPA/GPA-2.00 out of 4.00 in any academic degree will not be considered for the position.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervision of respective field Auditors.
∎ Supervising & controlling of concerned team.
∎ Other vested tasks.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Age Maximum 40 yrs. as on 30th November/19 (as per birth date of NID card)
∎ The applicant must be a non-smoker.
∎ Smart and well-conversant with professionalism.
∎ Field visit will be 10-15 days per month.
∎ Minimum 07 years of experience in any reputed NGO/Financial Institute/Bank including at least 03 years' service as Assistant Director or equivalent post.
∎ Must have at least 2 years of working experience after the completion of ACA.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 125000 (Monthly)
∎ Tk. 1,25,000/- per month (consolidated) during probation period. Higher salary may be offered to the more qualified and experienced candidate. Probation period will be 1 (one) year with consolidated salary. After successful completion of the probationary period, the officer will be accommodated in the regular Pay Scale of ASA.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ The benefits like Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Yearly Increment, Festival Allowance, Nabobarsho Allowance (Boishakhy), Employee's Group Benefit Fund will be provided.
