Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)
∎ MPH Preferable.
∎ Candidates should have updated BMDC Registration.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regular supervision of Integrated health centers & Primary health centers located in different locations of Bangladesh.
∎ Provide training for the health workers as and when necessary.
∎ Undertake extensive field visit (at least 3-4 field visits/month).
∎ Undertake necessary initiatives for maintaining the prompt medicine availability in the health centers.
∎ Taken all necessary actions to ensure the prompt medicine availability in the health centers.
∎ Provide necessary inputs in the preparation of the annual budget of the health centers.
∎ Organize of health camps and provide managerial support in the health camps.
∎ Contribute to the development of annual reports, leaflets, brochures, training manuals, and other IEC materials.
∎ Develop of policy, strategy, and action plans for the overall development of the health program of ASA.
∎ Organize emergency medical camps during the time of disaster and provision of relief activities.
∎ Undertake necessary initiatives for different health-related days observation.
∎ Undertake any other tasks as assigned by the chief health officer & the authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age maximum 40 years (as per birth date of NID Card).
∎ Should have 4 years experience in health-related NGOs /public health sectors.
∎ The applicant must be a non-smoker.
∎ Willingness for extensive traveling.
∎ Attitude for working with poor and marginalized people.
∎ Competency in MS Office package.
∎ Smart and well-conversant with professionalism.
∎ Good written and verbal communication skills in English & Bengali.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 65000 (Monthly)
∎ Probation period will be 1 (one) year long. After successful completion of the probationary period, the officer will be accommodated in the regular Pay Scale of ASA.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ All admissible benefits like Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Yearly Increment, Festival Allowance, Nabobarsha Allowance (Boishakhy) and Employee's Group Benefit Fund will be attributed to the regularized employee on successful completion of the probation period.
