Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive business in line with clear vision of the organization
∎ Takes the lead across all aspects of the company by reviewing how departments work together to reach company goals and by coming up with fresh ideas that will set the company apart from competitors.
∎ Keeps up with current trends in the industry and modern business practices by reading periodicals and consulting with peers
∎ Measures effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes both internally and externally and finds ways to improve processes
∎ Develop optimum plant utilization through best usage of workforce, machine & materials in line with operational compliance.
∎ Drive profitability of operation through Production planning and Cost control and reduction.
∎ Ensure Customer's satisfaction through product quality improvement and timely delivery.
∎ Plan and drive strategy of product segmentation, customization & innovation to fit for diversified customer needs.
∎ Gain & maintain customer loyalty by optimizing customer relationship management for key accounts.
∎ Oversees daily operations and makes adjustments as necessary
∎ Ensure annual budgeting and strategic direction to business units to bring operational excellence within budget.
∎ Manage "transformation & change management" in terms of business initiatives & projects to uplift the organization to a new height.
∎ Enhance the brand image of the organization and to take the company/brand to a new height through brand engagement initiatives, community participation and key customer visits.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Experience in manufacturing Industry preferably in heavy knit wear
