Job Responsibilities:
∎ Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
∎ Formulate strategies/road map to implement business plans for optimizing operational efficiency and profitability.
∎ Develop and implement strategic sales plan to accommodate goals and achieve business target.
∎ Provide corporate advisory services to enterprises and corporate bodies
∎ Manage IPO, Issue of rights share, preference share, bond, etc.
∎ Arrange loan syndication, acquisition, merger etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 years relevant work-experience.
∎ Creative approach, with the ability to anticipate challenges and develop innovative solutions.
∎ Ability to lead a team of professionals.
∎ Ability to work and make decisions independently as well as collaborate effectively as part of a professional team.
∎ Strong communication and negotiation skills - High standard of both written and spoken English.
