Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regular data input in Microfin software. And will be responsible for all software related activities.
∎ Justify all sorts of credit proposal and ensure disbursement of loan at field level and preserve all document up to date.
∎ Prepare branch FIS Report on the basis of MIS and submit this report to regional office on time.
∎ Accomplishing all financial and banking activities as per organization policy.
∎ Maintain good relation with local communities.
∎ Field Visit is mandatory.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 2 years experience in Micro credit program in PKSF funded program in reputed NGO will be given preference.
∎ Should be capable of operating Microfin360 software.
∎ Report writing skill both in English and Bengali.
∎ Computer skill is mandatory.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 17000 - 22000 (Monthly)
∎ During probation period monthly consolidated salary will be Tk. 17,000 for the 1st month and Tk. 19000 for the 2nd month. In case of experienced candidate, monthly consolidated salary will be Tk.22000. After confirmation, salary will be Tk. 27,700 in total.
