∎ Demonstrate good negotiation skill
∎ Excellent capacity for writing a business proposal
∎ Must have personnel management and good leadership skill

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Strategically identify and pursue potential clients to drive business expansion
∎ Prepare client’s portfolio and continuous update the portfolio.
∎ Maintain records of bidding and agreement renewal dates for current and prospective clients, ensuring timely and well-coordinated bid submissions.
∎ Analyzing the tender document to understand the needs of the client
∎ Analyze RFQs and create proposal outlines and development plans
∎ Monitor proposal content to ensure compliance to RFP requirements, evaluation criteria, and technical requirements
∎ Analyze the existing portfolio to identify and target potential clients.
