Inventory management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure that merchandise has been properly displayed.
∎ Ensure customer service with friendly environment.
∎ Maintain housekeeping & cleaning of old merchandise.
∎ Ensure deposit of cash, demand draft and purchase order in bank.
∎ Ensure receiving / dispatch/transfer of goods and clear of all goods in transit on weekly basis.
∎ Properly maintain IFS & FIFO.
∎ Ensure safety & security of Distribution Center.
∎ Settlement of Customers claim & shop return on monthly basis as per company policy.
∎ Handling of customers (Distribution & Franchise) query, objection & claim with the help of sales team.
