∎ To ensure Company Growth in terms of Agriculture product production, control & production management as well as business profitability.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Look after the C. P. Bangladesh Co. Ltd. (Feed Mill Unit- 3)
∎ To oversee overall factory management such as: Quality Assurance, quality control.
∎ Develop overall production with quality Assurance management.
∎ Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
∎ Effectively interact with merchandising, compliance, technical, development, maintain quality feed production; ensuring that targets are achieved.
∎ Monitored Assurance performance by gathering relevant production data and producing statistical reports to be communicated with all related departments.
∎ Responsible for each aspect of quality Assurance in the factory.
∎ Provide enough quality Assurance seminars and coaching for company trainees.
∎ Ensuring all quality Assurance issue by Auditing & Controlling
∎ Sampling and analysis of raw material and packaging material including documentation.
∎ Any other job assign by management.
