Candidate must be an Advocate Judge court

• The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of 3 years experience in the fields of Information Technology (IT) and Intellectual Property (IP) law.

• Extensive practical experience is required, The candidate must demonstrate specific expertise across a diverse range of legal areas.

• Proficiency is essential in Information Technology Law, Intellectual Property matters.

• A deep understanding of these domains is critical for success in this role.

• This position demands exceptional leadership and interpersonal abilities.

• The candidate will be responsible for effectively leading, motivating, mentoring, and managing other associates and paralegals. Furthermore, the role involves direct interaction with the firm`s clients, requiring an individual who is both decisive and collaborative.

• Strong verbal communication skills are indispensable for fostering internal teamwork and maintaining excellent client relationships.

RAHMAN’S CHAMBERS Barristers & Advocates (Corporate & Commercial set of Chambers) is inviting applications from highly qualified, partner-level individuals specializing in Information Technology (IT) and Intellectual Property (IP) law. Candidate must be an Advocate Judge court. This is a full-time position based at our Motijheel Branch in the immediate future (October 2025). The required working hours are 9:00 am to 7:00 pm on weekdays and 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm on Saturdays.
