The person must have strong academic background. LLB, LLM/Barrister (must)

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Law Firm

• Candidate must be an Advocate of Supreme court of Bangladesh.

• The ideal candidate must have at least 10 years experience broadly in the area of Dispute Resolution, experience of hearing at Labour Court, District Court, High Court, and Land Tribunals.

• Specifically, the candidate should have experience with the following: Fundamental Rights, Judicial Review & Writs, Financial Crimes & Negligence, Labour, Employment Dispute Resolution, Real Estate and Property Disputes, Banking & Finance Litigation,

• The candidate should effectively lead, motivate, mentor, and manage other associates, paralegals, and interact directly with the firm`s clients.

• Must be both decisive and collaborative, demonstrate strong verbal communication skills.

• RAHMAN’S CHAMBERS Barristers & Advocates (Corporate & Commercial set of Chambers) is inviting applications from high grade individuals (partner-level) in the areas of Dispute Resolution on full-time / Part time basis [9:00 am to 7:00 pm on weekdays and Saturday 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm at our Headquarters in the immediate future (January 2025).
