·  To ensure the meal is measured and assemble ingredients for menu items and ready for served on time and assist to the cook for timely prepared the desired all order.

·  Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Cooks to prepare meals or any special item a sign follow within the time frame.

·  To ensure storage maintain accurate food inventories and taken accrued items from the storage.

·   Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures and it is maintain the high quality of hygiene and cleaning.

·   To ensure cooked items are keeping in appropriate area with the covered and served food with right temperature.

·   Restock kitchen for subsequent shifts ,ensure that the food prep area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized at the end of shift
