Minimum 02 years of relevant experience
Experience with data visualization tools
Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)
Experience with GIS data is a plus
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python
Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
Familiarity with SQL and database management systems
Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
Background in working with health data is a plus

Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Data Scientist to join our dynamic team of machine learning and software engineering experts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling. You will be responsible for extracting insights from large datasets, developing predictive models, and working closely with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decision-making.
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and predictive models
- Collaborate to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions
- Conduct exploratory data analysis and generate reports to support business strategy
- Communicate findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders through clear visualizations and presentations
- Stay updated with the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and relevant technologies
Salary Range: Negotiable based on the experience and skillset of the candidate.
Duty Station: Head Office in Banani, Dhaka with occasional field visits as per project needs.
