Experience:

• At least 2 years

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field

• At least 2 years

• Minimum 02 years of relevant experience

• Experience with data visualization tools

• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)

• Experience with GIS data is a plus

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python

• Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)

• Familiarity with SQL and database management systems

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)

• Background in working with health data is a plus

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Data Scientist to join our dynamic team of machine learning and software engineering experts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling. You will be responsible for extracting insights from large datasets, developing predictive models, and working closely with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decision-making.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
2. Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and predictive models
3. Collaborate to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions
4. Conduct exploratory data analysis and generate reports to support business strategy
5. Communicate findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders through clear visualizations and presentations
6. Stay updated with the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and relevant technologies

Salary Range: Negotiable based on the experience and skillset of the candidate.

Duty Station: Head Office in Banani, Dhaka with occasional field visits as per project needs.
