∎ Data Management & Reporting Officer
∎ NUTRITION DEPARTMENT
∎ Job Location : Moheshkhali and Pekua, Cox`sBazar.
∎ Duration of the contract : up to 31st December`2020
∎ Starting date : 16th February`2020
∎ Project briefing: Improving Maternal and Child Nutrition (IMCN) and Community based Management of Acute Severe Malnutrition at Host Community-Cox`s Bazar-ACF and WFP funded.
∎ Managerial Supervisor: Program Coordinator
∎ Location: Moheshkhali/Pekua
∎ Duration of Contract: 11 months
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Key responsibilities:
∎ Data from the field to be collected, compiled, analyzed, corrected and submitted to program Coordinator for further sharing to donor.
∎ Ensure all the OTP/SFP data is accurately recorded and reported from field level
∎ Follow-up with Field staff on Program trends and routine program data and giving feedback for improvements.
∎ Regularly monitor & follow-up visits to program sites/ activities to ensure standard reporting procedures have been followed
∎ Assist the Program Coordinator to prepare monthly and quarterly progress reports and organizes monthly and quarterly progress reviews.
∎ Preparing tools and contribute in developing data validation method.
∎ Support Program Coordinator- in submitting all project-related internal, external, and requested reports from donor on time.
∎ Prepared or compiled daily, weekly, Bi-weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual report as required by the organization and donners.
∎ Analysis of the report and share the update of the program activity with Program Coordinator as well as with field teams.
∎ Reporting:
∎ Monthly statistical report (OTP/TSFP)
∎ Bi annual Donor Reporting
∎ Beneficiary Database
∎ Monthly School Health and Nutrition report
∎ Monthly Mobilization Report
∎ Monthly Model Mother/ lead Mother Report
∎ Monthly GMP Report.
∎ Capacity building:
∎ Monitor CNWs data recording is correctly done at facility level
∎ Provide effective coaching and supportive guidance to the community workers and volunteers so that they can run ensure data quality.
∎ Other Responsibilities:
∎ Document and file all relevant information of the targeted group according to Donors requirement.
∎ Respect the dignity of the target group, cares and members of the community
∎ Attend monthly and quarterly meeting with donor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent analytical skill and practical experiences with nutritional database (OTP/SFP etc) at least 1 year
∎ Ability to communicate very well in English both verbally and writing
∎ Ability to work flexibly including weekends and willingness to travel and work in rural locations and live in basic conditions.
∎ Competency in Microsoft excel, access epi info etc
Salary:
∎ 50,000 BDT excluding other allowance (TA, Mobile etc as per organization policy)
